Cool Mama Hotel Salzburg Sky Restaurant Bar

Great restaurant on the top floor with good quality food. The hotel is new everything is still bright and shiny. Located at some distance from Salzburg with parking on site.

Comfortable stay with great perks, but room for improvement Stayed at COOL MAMA Hotel and overall had a great experience. The room was very spacious and well-equipped with a coffee maker, safe box, and quality toiletries The shower was excellent—great water pressure and a sleek design that made it feel luxurious. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, delicious, and with lots of variety. From warm pastries to eggs and fruit, everything was top quality. The staff were friendly and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and stylish. The hotel’s rooftop restaurant and terrace offer panoramic views of Salzburg and the surrounding Alps Parking was super convenient, and the hotel provided a public transport pass which made getting into Salzburg easy and stress-free. Need to walk 10 min to get to the bus stop A few things could be better: the reception staff weren’t as warm or welcoming as expected, which was a bit disappointing. Also, while the room had a mini bar, it came with extra charges, so keep that in mind. Still, a solid choice for comfort, convenience, and a stylish atmosphere and highly recommend

At the edge of the city but still there are 2 bus stops, 7 min away. Nice work with the sealant where 2 surfaces meet, but terrible ideea with transparent glass from bathroom towards the room and vice-versa.

Rooms: - Overall very clean, spacious and comfortable - Design with the lights and the bathroom was a bit confusing + lack of privacy in the bathroom - Did not come with a kettle Service: - We were able to redeem free public transport passes which was very convenient - The plates during breakfast were disgusting (found one which was newly brought out with what seemed to be lettuce on in) Location: - The area is not very crowded but there are no shops or convenience stores around which was very annoying since there was no kettle or bottled water in the room - Nearest bus station is within walking distance

Great hotel in a perfect location, ideal for travelers passing through. Delicious breakfast with an amazing view. Dinner at the Sky restaurant was excellent, and we were kindly treated to the meal as a gesture of apology for the wait.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel and restaurant! Everything was great, especially in the restaurant — the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel!
